The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will experience rain, moderate rain, with locally heavy to very heavy rain; specifically, the area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan from December 23 to 24 is likely to experience a bout of moderate to heavy rain, with some areas facing very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
At sea, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind is strong at level 6, with some gusts reaching level 7, and level 8-9 gusts, with waves of 2.0-4.0m, making the sea rough; in the North of the East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago), the Northeast wind blows strongly at level 7, with level 9 gusts, and waves of 4.0-6.0m, causing rough seas.
The waters from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, the central region of the East Sea, and the western waters of the South East Sea (including the western waters of the Truong Sa archipelago) have a strong Northeast wind at levels 6-7, with level 8-9 gusts and waves of 4.0-6.0m, making the sea rough.
