1. Bánh xèo, bánh khọt
Bánh xèo is made from rice flour with a filling mainly consisting of pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts. Just roll it with fresh herbs and dip it in sweet and sour sauce to create a harmonious mixture that tantalizes the taste buds. Using the same flour as bánh xèo, bánh khọt only differs in size, being smaller and featuring only one shrimp in the middle.View attachment 205 The crispy bánh xèo with a generous filling. There are many different variations of this noodle dish, but the key point remains the crab and tomato broth. Accompaniments to bún riêu typically include meatballs, pork, fried tofu, fish, and blood pudding.
