Not far away is the intersection of Hung Vuong - Le Hong Phong, where passenger buses were lined up along the roadside near the Ho Chi Minh Museum, causing the street to become a bottleneck and creating significant traffic jams.
Connecting with Le Hong Phong are Ngoc Ha, Doi Can, and Ong Ich Khiem streets. Motorcyclists passing through this area on September 1st faced many difficulties.
