The new night tourism model using open-top double-decker buses offers travelers a refreshing and exciting experience. Ho Chi Minh City is also the first city in Vietnam to have a 24/7 night tourism service using double-decker buses.

The night tour will start from 11 PM to 7 AM the next day, departing from 96 Nguyen Hue Street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). The double-decker bus runs through 30 routes and nearly 20 sightseeing spots, architectural landmarks, food streets, and bustling centers that are lively throughout the night, such as Bui Vien Street, Nguyen Hue, Ben Thanh Market, Notre-Dame Cathedral…
Travelers will get to experience the most beautiful routes of the city and enjoy views of the city at night from Ba Son Bridge looking towards Thu Duc City. Visitors can easily choose major stops to get on and off, such as the City Post Office, Ben Thanh Market... enhancing the experience at various locations, services, and entertainment areas in the city.
Each night tour lasts about 70 - 75 minutes, with a frequency of every 30 minutes. Throughout the journey, there will be audio guide devices available in 9 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Ms. Dang Ha Mi (Hanoi) stated that it was an incredibly interesting experience to see the city at night through this type of transport. "This night tour helps me love and appreciate the historical and cultural values of Ho Chi Minh City even more. If I get the chance, I would also experience this night tour again during my next business trip," she shared.
According to Mr. Nguyen Khoa Luân - Director of Viet Photo Hop on Hop off Company, Ho Chi Minh City is a rare land in the world that combines many factors for night economic development. Introducing double-decker buses into the night economy exploitation chain creates connections in service supply chains, thereby contributing to promoting tourism and service consumption in the city.
"Currently, we are focusing on enhancing the frequency and service time, which will improve competitiveness with other countries in the region to attract international tourists to Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam, contributing to bringing foreign currency revenue to the city," Mr. Luân shared.

In addition to the city center sightseeing tour, the unit is also seeking permission to open a second route connecting the city center to Chợ Lớn - District 6.
