In the Central Region, the northern provinces (Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An) have many clouds during the day, sunny at noon, with occasional rain in the evening; specifically, the provinces from Hà Tĩnh to Quảng Nam will experience rain, including moderate to heavy rain. In the South, from Bình Định southward, there will be mixed rain and sunshine during the day, with sporadic rain showers and thunderstorms from late afternoon to evening, with heavy rain in some areas.

Soil moisture models indicate that some areas of the provinces from Quảng Nam to Bình Định are near saturation (over 90%) or have reached a saturated state. There is a high risk of flash floods in small rivers and streams and landslides on slopes in many areas.
