On August 26, the task force of the Road Traffic Police Division No. 6 (Hanoi Police) deployed forces to handle motorbike drivers intentionally entering the highway and cars driving into the emergency lane of the elevated Ring Road 3.

The traffic police task force issued a fine to driver T for the offense of driving a car into the emergency lane on the highway. For this violation, driver T will be fined 5 million VND and have their driver's license revoked for 3 months.
